学校环境中的教育领导之仆人式领导
摘要
本文讨论了在学校进行教育体制改革时，领导方式的转变是关键问题之一，因此学校也十分重视教育领导力，包括教师培训和学校领导的专业发展。然而仆人式领导在世界教育环境中是最受欢迎的教育领导方法之一，学校领导、教师和学生要打破传统的以行政级别为主的行政结构。多倾听学生的需求，教师从而改进教学方法，激发教师创造性和主动性。参考
