椎间盘真空现象的相关研究进展
摘要
椎间盘真空现象（intervertebral vacuum phenomenon, IVP）是常见于椎间盘的退行性病变、外 伤中的一种表现，当椎间盘发生退行性改变或者损伤出现间隙时，周围的血液或者组织中的气体就会进入到裂 隙中，在 X 线和 CT（电子计算机断层扫描）中出现低密度的影像学表现，随着科学技术的发展，椎间盘真空 现象在 MRI（磁共振成像）的诊断准确性也逐渐增高。随着脊柱手术的发展，椎间盘真空现象手术治疗的相关 文献报道越来越多。本文就是汇总近些年来国内外关于椎间盘真空现象的相关研究，为进一步探究椎间盘真空 现象提供参考。参考
