巨大不可修复性肩袖撕裂保关节治疗的研究进展
摘要
在肩袖相关的疾病中巨大不可修复性肩袖撕裂是其重点、难点，显著影响患者肩关节的功能， 并且给病人带来巨大疼痛，这类疾病治疗困难，如何有效治疗此疾病成为临床上面临的难题。本文重点对巨大 不可修复性肩袖撕裂保关节治疗的研究进展进行综述，包括保守康复治疗、部分修复、肩峰下球囊垫片、肌腱 移位及上关节囊重建，并对其临床疗效进行总结分析，为巨大不可修复性肩袖撕裂的临床决策及未来研究提供 参考。参考
