浓缩生长因子在口腔引导骨再生治疗中的应用价值研究

摘要

本研究回顾了浓缩生长因子的来源、生物学特性及促进组织修复的原理,发掘其刺激干细胞增 殖和成骨分化,促进骨细胞增殖和分化及减少炎症反应和调节血管生成的能力。通过回顾其在口腔引导骨再生 的治疗应用尝试,发现在拔牙位点保存、GBR 手术、上颌窦提升、下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后等治疗中联合 应用浓缩生长因子,均达到了良好的成骨效果。本研究认为,浓缩生长因子联合引导骨再生技术能够有效促进 牙槽嵴软硬组织愈合,降低术后反应,提升成骨效果,为种植体及天然牙的长期稳定创造良好条件,值得临床 推广借鉴。
