LncRNA SNHG1/miR-760/Notch1 调控心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用和机制研究
摘要
长链非编码 RNA (lncRNA)在心脏病中起关键作用,而 lncRNA 小核仁 RNA 宿主基因 1Snhg1 (SNHG1)的作用却很少被提及。因此,本研究旨在探讨 lncRNA HIF1A-AS1 通过充当 microRNA-760 (miR-204)海绵的作用,对心肌缺血再灌注的动物模型的影响。下调 SNHG1 和上调 miR-760 可以通过调节 Notch1 来减轻小鼠心肌 I/R 损伤后心室重构,并改善心功能。为心肌缺血再灌注的治疗提供新的研究方向。参考
