TMAO 与心肾疾病的相关研究进展
摘要
CKD 已经是威胁全球人类健康的重大疾病,其常并发严重的心血管事件,如左心肥大、动脉 粥样硬化、高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭等。CVD 又可形成反向作用,诱导肾功能障碍,双方互为因果关系, 是导致 CKD 患者死亡风险增加的主要原因。近年来有关肠道菌群与器官疾病的关系成为国内外学者的研究热 点。TMAO 是一种肠道微生物菌群代谢产物,具有生物活性的小分子化合物,主要经机体肾脏排泄,肾功能的 减退导致 TMAO 在体内蓄积,继而引发一系列的病理生理改变,参与 CKD 与 CVD 的发生、发展。因此,为 深入了解肠源性代谢产物 TMAO 对于治疗心肾疾病的临床意义,本文从 TMAO 如何参与 CKD 以及 CVD 病 因机制方面阐述其重要价值。参考
