基于不同浓度七氟醚对 DNA 损伤蛋白 γ H 2 AX的影响探索新型麻醉废气处理系统
摘要
手术中普遍应用吸入麻醉药物,若七氟醚等挥发性吸入麻醉药物弥漫在手术室中,势必造成空 气污染,危害手术室患者和工作人员的健康。目前国内传统的废气排出系统和新兴麻醉气体吸附器都存在一些 缺陷,本文采用TH2AX识别抗体免疫印迹法来定量分析七氟醚暴露人员的DNA损伤情况从而探索新型的 麻醉废气处理系统,研制出一种简单、有效、安全的新型废气清除系统。参考
