副乳腺浸润性小叶癌伴子宫内膜转移 1 例报道
摘要
目的：探讨副乳腺癌及子宫转移癌的临床特点和诊治。方法：回顾性分析湘西自治州人民医院乳甲外科收治的一 例浸润性小叶副乳癌转移至子宫内膜病例资料，并结合相关文献进行分析。结果：副乳腺癌起病隐匿、临床少见，容易漏诊、误诊； 浸润性小叶癌容易发生子宫转移，当出现异常子宫出血时，应尽早取样活检。结论：临床医师需加强副乳腺浸润性小叶癌的认知， 并重视副乳腺癌患者的妇科随访。参考
