神经电生理监测在颈部脊柱脊髓手术中的应用研究
摘要
21 世纪随着医学技术的进步和发展,特别是术中神经电生理监测(IONM)技术的不断应用和发展,极大地提高了脊柱脊髓和神经外科医生的手术水平,从而改善了脊髓疾病及颅脑肿瘤患者的术后神经功能和生活质量。笔者通过大量阅读相关文献资料,学习了神经电生理监测技术在脊柱外科和神经外科手术中的广泛应用,现就IONM技术在颈部脊柱脊髓手术中的应用作一综述,研究并探讨该技术的应用现状和发展前景。
