扩张和大众化——中国高等教育铁三角的形成
摘要
2011年,中国参加高考的学生约有933万人,教育部计划继续将招生人数增加到675万人。统计数据显示,高 等教育的扩张和大众化仍然是中国的主要问题。教学成本、教学质量和大学大学准入率率是高等教育的三大要素,构 成了所谓的铁三角。本研究试图以扩招和大学大众化为视角来审视中国高等教育铁三角的形态,重点在于教学质量, 因为增加入学机会必然会降低教学质量。通过回顾这一领域的努力和从不同角度的分析框架,本文将展示扩张和大众 化如何动态地影响中国高等教育。这些影响推动中国高等教育走向更全面的挑战模式,也扩大了国际高等教育的内容。参考
